Corsa Cucina, the Italian trattoria at Wynn Las Vegas, has transformed itself with the launch of its new name, Stratta. This latest signature restaurant by Chef Alessandro Stratta complements his other fine dining restaurant, Alex, also at Wynn Las Vegas.
