Comedian Lewis Black Performs at The Mirage May 23-24

Lewis Black, best known for his regular segment ‘Back in Black’ on Comedy Central’s ‘The Daily Show with Jon Stewart,’ will perform his hilarious stand-up routine for the first time inside the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage May 23 at 10 p.m. and May 24 at 9 p.m.
One of the most energetic performers in comedy, Black provides audiences with a passionate performance filled with lively rants about social absurdities and political blunders. New Baby Dolphin at Siegfried & Roy’s Mirage

Bella, a healthy dolphin calf, is swimming her way into the hearts of guests and staff alike at The Mirage. The energetic calf was born Saturday, Sept. 6, to Huf n Puf, an Atlantic bottlenose dolphin. With this new addition, three generations of dolphins are represented at the resort.
Shortly after the delivery, the calf swam to the water’s surface and took her first breath. The calf has quickly taken to her surroundings; she is nursing well and is closely following her mother around the habitat and bonding with her. Read more

today announced details of a dynamic redesign to its signature Volcano.
Known the world over for its iconic Strip-front feature, The Mirage has
joined forces with legendary Grateful Dead drummer Mickey Hart, Indian
tabla sensation Zakir Hussain and Fountains of Bellagio design firm WET,
to create an all-new audio/visual spectacle. The top-to-bottom overhaul
is the final step in the property’s ongoing transformation and is scheduled

Mirage Hotel Review

Someone from a St Louis newspaper did a review of the Mirage so I thought I’d throw it out to you all in case you havent visited there in a while. They’ve really improved on the amenities over the past few year. Dinner at Japonais and a night out at Jet is as good a one-two punch as you’ll find anywhere on the Las Vegas Strip. The Mirage has got a great location on the Strip, a great pool, newly renovated rooms, and is very reasonably priced compared to the Bellagio’s and Wynn’s of the world.
